Nested IF, AND, OR

Hi

I'm trying to add the AND and OR functions toan IF statement and I'm struggling with it, I have the following;

Im trying to say that IF B2=1, B3<3, B4<5 AND (B5>5000 OR B6="Yes") AND B7="Yes" THEN Yes,No

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks in advance,

=IF(AND(B2=1,B3<3,B4<5,OR(B5>5000,B6="Yes"),B7="Yes"),"Yes","No")

Hi cmowla, i've swapped the > to a < in B3 and B4 and it works like a charm, thanks so much for the help.
