hi, I need a "if" formula with below case

in cell A1 i have amount 55000(positive), in cell B1 I have sign "+". similarly, in A2 i have amount -25000 (negative) and in cell B2 sign "-" . the signs +/- are manually input based on requirement.. now the formula should tell me if the amount in A1 is positive amount and sign in A1 is "+" sign, then the formula to tell as true.. as well it amount is negative and sign is also "-" then true..

if any blanks are other signs, it has to through "false"..
