Kindly Suggest me

=INDEX(D3:D6,MATCH(B2,IF(C3:C6=C2,B3:B6),0)) --- Working

=INDEX(D3:D6,MATCH(B2,IF(AND((C3:C6=C2),(E3:E6=E2)),B3:B6),0)) ---- Not Working

Thanks

Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Try...

=INDEX(D3:D6,MATCH(B2,IF(C3:C6=C2,IF(E3:E6=E2,B3:B6)),0))

Or, preferably...

=INDEX(D3:D6,MATCH(1,IF(C3:C6=C2,IF(E3:E6=E2,IF(B3:B6=B2,1))),0))

...both confirmed with CONTROL+SHIFT+ENTER.
