Nested or Multiple If statement help needed

Good day

Please assist with the below
In Column G in need the following:
If the Saturdays worked count is between 0 and 2 Column G must have nothing in it
If the Saturdays worked count is 3 I need Column G to display 04:00 hours in the [HH]:mm format
If the Saturdays worked count is 4 I need Column G to display 08:00 hours in the [HH]:mm format
If the Saturdays worked count is 5 I need Column G to display 12:00 hours in the [HH]:mm format

Excel Facts

Format cells as time
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+2 to format cells as time. (Shift 2 is the @ sign).
When I use your formula Column G displays 96:00 if Column F has 3 and 192:00 if Column F has 4
It should display 04:00 and 08:00 as I have to add this to other columns with [HH]:mm format

1. Set custom format for column G to [hh]:mm.
2. This in G1, copied down:

=IFERROR(LOOKUP(F1,{0,3,4,5},{"",4,8,12})/24,"")
