Hi I am new to this forum I hope someone can help.I am trying to monitor
my suppliers delivery performance, but I do not want the formula to include weekends Saturday and Sunday as they do not work.
Anyhow I used the network days formula to give me the days count 14/11/11 to 21/11/11 and its given me 6 days as the result I was expecting 5,as I want to exclude Saturday and Sundays,I understand why it's coming back with 6 ,but I was wondering if there's a formula that gives me the result of Monday to Friday,so it gives me 5 days and excludes the Saturday and Sunday.

If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Welcome to the board!

6 is what the formula should return. Including both start and end date.

Perhaps always deduct 1 would give you the result you want?

But, what's if you work only one day?
