# Networkdays and Days360 values

Good morning. I am trying to write a formula that will take into account the weekends and holidays, which I have done with Networkdays. Now I am trying to expand that formula to look at the actual dates and return a 0 if the creation and closure are the same day.

Column B2 - 5/1/15 12:04 AM
Column C2 - 5/1/15 3:12 PM

=Networkdays(B2,C2,Holiday_2015) is my current formula
When I use =Days360 (b2,c2) I get a value of 0

Can anyone assist me on how to get these 2 formulas combined to give the correct answer?

Thank you.

### Excel Facts

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Hi

I would just check to see if the rounded down datevalue of both cells is the same (I'm using TRUNC() here to round down to no decimal places):

=IF(TRUNC(B2)=TRUNC(C2), 0, NETWORKDAYS(B2, C2, Holiday_2015))

Edit: You could of course replace TRUNC() and equals with DAYS360(B2, C2)=0

Hope that helps

That worked perfectly!!! Thank you so much!!!
