New Filter Function Query

How can i use the Filter Function with below multiple criteria:
1st Criteria: Column A = "Active"
2nd Criteria: Column A = "Inactive" where Column B date is >= Jan 1, 2021

You haven't made it clear what columns you want to filter but try something like this.

BTW, I suggest that you update your Account details (click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
