New Filter funtion query (filtering months ignoring day and year)

Given below table and using the new Filter function in office 365, i want to filter customer that is "Active" and in-between Jan - Apr (ignoring day and years). Note from (Jan) and to (Apr) Months is an input field.
Expected output is John, Jade and Ithan only.
