Hi is there anyone who has a spreadsheet for scheduling employees that can also limit availability. I want to be able to only be able to schedule the staff for any given shift according to when they are available. For instance, Employee A, is available not available Tuesdays or Fridays and can only work 9-1, I would want all other available shifts to be removed from the drop down menu if they don't meet the employees availability. I have a great spread sheet that I found that works for building shifts, but an availability function would be awesome. I could send the file for anyone who wanted to try to help.

I am very new to the program and would appreciate any feedback....HELP!!!

Excel Facts

Which came first: VisiCalc or Lotus 1-2-3?
Dan Bricklin and Bob Frankston debuted VisiCalc in 1979 as a Visible Calculator. Lotus 1-2-3 debuted in the early 1980's, from Mitch Kapor.
Prefer if you post a little on here as I am work and shouldnt be doing this also you stand a better chance of someone being able to help you if you post to all as they are excel gods and I am but a fleck on their shoes.
