Well I finally bit the bullet.....new laptop, new OS (win 11) and office 365 !!
Seems all OK at the moment, but I have already had a ton of headaches. Which I suppose is to be expected as the old Laptop was 14 years old.....that's right 14 years !!
When office was all connected, I couldn't even find Excel !!
and the new laptop doesn't have a R click button.....so that was fun.....ah well the joys of being almost 70 years old !!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!

Hi Michael,

how is the 'learning curve' going with the new computer?

Did the old laptop die or did you get all your old VBA codes/files off the hard drive?

My wife is pestering me to upgrade my laptop (Lenovo), but keep declining. It does everything I need it to do.

Was working down your way the other day (Alectown). You guys sure have had some rain. Got bogged 6 times in one day in one of those big self propelled sprayers. The ground was like soup!

Hey Scott..long time no hear..🙂
We moved some time ago. Down on the Vic border at Barooga...right opposite the 1st tee on the 36 hole golf course.
Yeah laptop died, 14 years old, but I had everything backed up, so only had to reinstall.
Bought a Dell, really good so far..$820...and sooo much faster.
Raining down here, as it has for the last week.
