Hi all,
I have been asked by my boss to provide him with information which matches up one sheet and another and then compares 3 cells and depending on what the results are bring back a recommendation.
So I have done a pull from our website to make a sheet with all that is listed on there.
on another sheet I have done a system pull to bring back everything on our system.
I have done a vlookup to bring back a column which has "y" or "n" in it and that works fine
so I have all the information I need on one sheet.
The problem is...I need to identify quickly and easily things which are marked as being on the website sheet as a y or n and then the next arguement would be to compare it to a column which shows which products which are on our system but marked as obsolete - again a y or no.
We have about 20000 codes on the system and 7500 on the website so any help would be appreciated. I think that it might be something to do with =IF but I will be jiggered if I can work it out.
many thanks
Ben
p.s. sorry its a bit vague
