Hi,

I am trying to create a work book containing names of people with the color coded dates if that certain item is near expiry or is already expired. I have done that conditional formatting, however the data is too many for me to narrow down as to what has expired.

Question: I created a new tab and wanted to link the names and the expired dates only from the previous tab. How do we do that?

Excel Facts

Workdays for a market open Mon, Wed, Friday?
Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Could you do a filter, and then filter by the color that you have denoted as the one that shows which has expired? That may be way faster

Thank you for your response SHS1987!

I actually thought of that, but i am going to share this with my colleagues who are still at the Jurassic age. :( That's why i planned on creating a new tab that shows only the expired ones, while keeping a master list of all the data on the other.

I'd appreciate any feedback on this one. :)
