Hi...would GREATLY appreciate it if anyone can explain to me how I can solve this little problem

I've got some 500 charts or so I want to publish on a small site

to cut down on the workload of this I am trying to figure out how to save worksheets as web pages containing groups of charts on each worksheet

here is the problem....

Excel saves the worsheet as .html file with the charts in a separate folder

when I upload the webpage file to Geocities (yes I am cheap) it doesnt contain the charts... just the page layout

can anyone help me to fund a way of embedding the charts in the webpage so I dont have to upload the charts separately? or is there another program to use to aid in this ?

many thanks for any available help

The way a web page works is that html files have all your text (and formatting and all), plus they tell the browser which image file it should load to place somewhere in the midst of the text. This means you need all those image files plus the html file.

Internet Explorer gives you the option when saving a web page of making one file that includes the html file and the images. You cna open one of these files on your hard disk and it looks like a regular html file with extra images. I don't know what would happen if you uploaded one of these files and someone's browser tried to read it.
