Hello.
What i am trying to do is. I have 40 sheets in one Workbook with specific names and each specific text in N3:N3842. Example of sheet name is "Trigger A1"
I am trying to make a front page sheet (Called "Complete"). Where Cell C7:C3846 fills with data from specific sheet name i put in Cell A2.
End game i want Sheet "Trigger A1" N3:N3842 to match C7:C3846 when i type in "Trigger A1" in cell A2.
I also would like if i change the name in cell A2 to different name like "Trigger A2" than it would take the data from that sheet and populate it in same columns and rows.
Forgive me. Tried to explain the best i can. All sheets are the same in size.

Hello metfast.
Even though your suggestion was in the right direction. Used it for my other sheets so thank you very much.
I ended up using =VLOOKUP(B7,INDIRECT(""&$A$2&"!C3:N3842"),12,0)
It worked the best for my application. Where B7 is where i populated my data in my master sheet and ""&$A&2&" was my sheets name pull down cell in the master sheet.
I was able to create lookup word in my master sheet than have it be searched at that sheet !C3:N3842 than have column 12 populate and dump data in my cell.
