I'm a Design Engineer (CAD Jockey  ) as well. Just curious....What CAD program do you use?

Hey there. Also Cad here: Inventor (mostly) and minimal AutoCAD.

This brings me to the reason for the dig: Have any of you guys created dwgs, and inserted blocks to that dwg from the excel VBA environs? I'm (trying to) writing code to do that, based on some data within an excel spreadsheet. Or would it be easier to do it from within the AutoCAD VBA envrons? (Autodesk's AutoCAD VBA forum is a lot quieter then this place...)
