Hi,

I am using excel 2007 and cannot figure this out!!

I have a refreshable spreadsheet pulled from sqlserver. I have also added my own column on the end titled 'completed' when rows are completed I manually put an 'x' in this column. However when I refresh and more data jumps on the end my manual 'x' shifts to different cells, ie those that are not completed. When using excel 2003 I never encountered this problem!

Is there any way of stopping this from happening??
