Noob question, changing selected cell....Please help!!

How do I have VB select the cell 3 down from the active cell for Excel? I can't figure out the code!!!

Can you sort left to right?
To sort left-to-right, use the Sort dialog box. Click Options. Choose "Sort left to right"
