Interesting one for me here, a co-worker has a spreadsheet that really follows no patterns at all. However, the information he wants is relative to one thing, the color of the cell above it. He needs to copy the two next cells down that directly follow a cell with a gray background...I really had no idea how to search for this but have still tried for a few hours. Any help/tips/ideas are beyond appreciated.

How to find 2nd largest value in a column?
MAX finds the largest value. =LARGE(A:A,2) will find the second largest. =SMALL(A:A,3) will find the third smallest
you might want to provide a sample data with explanation of what you want it to happen...

I don't have access to the file right at this moment...but I will try to describe it the best I can. In Column A there is an empty cell with a gray background followed by about 5 cells of text (space between gray cells varies). I need to (if possible) be able to write something that looks for each gray cell in column A, copies the next two cells down from that gray cell, and pastes in in another sheet. That is probably the best I can do without seeing the sheet again...Hopefully thats what you were looking for. Thanks.
