Try NETWORKDAYS function, that counts days without weekends, so if you have the earlier date in A2 and the later one in B2 you can use this formula

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2)

There is also an optional "holidays argument" - so if you have holiday dates listed in H2:H10, for instance, you can use this version to exclude holidays too

=NETWORKDAYS(A2,B2,H$2:H$10)
