I have a print range set from A1:K28. I don't want the contents of F10:I12 to print. What would be the best way to accomplish this? I have the print settings set to B&W so just changing the color to white won't work. TIA

You can setup multiple print ranges in the Page Setup

Print Range= A1:B3,C5:D8

This might do the job.

Setting up multiple print ranges, prints each range on a seperate page... Unless I'm missing something. Not quite what I'm looking for.

Sorry Joe,
I've never used it that, just thought it might work. I don't have any other ideas for you.
