Notes Default format, can this be altered

Currently when I insert a new comment it shows a title of Ecboardco.

I would like for new comments to begin blank and not bolded.

I would also like the comments to be center aligned vertical and horizontal, as the default setting.

Excel Facts

Press Alt+Enter to move to a new row in a cell. Lets you control where the words wrap.
Doug, I think I'm right in saying that the text that comes up in the comment initially is whatever the User ID is in Tools>Options>General tab and the User Name box at the bottom (ie which you can change). Not sure about the other formatting issues you raised - hopefully somebody else can assist.

Good Morning Richard,

Yes that is correct, if I delete that from the General Tab box, Excel puts in Administator.

I desire a blank Comments box.
