Number Conversion

I need to be able to take a currency number such as $1,350,000.00 and turn it into 1.350. I have a huge spreadsheet that are calculations that I need this way for a reason but then when showing this same information on another chart, I need to convert it to the smaller number format. help!

If you need to just simply change the number format, but retain the value, apply the custom format:

#.##0,,

If you want to change the actual value:
