How do you make a percentage displayed as (13.98%) to be displayed as -13.98 by just formatting the number (I don't want to have to multiply it by 100)?

If acceptable, .##.## is the only alternative way, otherwise you're stuck with % or multiply by 100.

Thanks for the quick feedback! I tried it but it gives me a number with 2 periods which may cause some confussion among my users...
