I type a 15 digit number into a cell. If I then add another number at the end to make it 16 digit eg 1 it automatically changes it to a zero.

Help?

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.

Excel doesn't support more that 15 digits of precision. See the Excel Help topic for "Worksheet and workbook specifications".
