Number formatting

Is there a way to change number formats to show fractions and partial fractions?

For example:

100.03125 = 100-1/32
100.046875 = 100-1.5/32

I want them to show up like this:
100-01
100-014

Or as
100-1/32
100-1.5/32

Bond prices are shown in the following format in the market:
First digit is 32nds, 2nd digit is 8ths.

Which would be saying 100.03125 is =100+132 and 100.046875 is =100+1.5/32

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
I don't think you can get 100-1.5/32, but you can get 100-3/64 by custom formatting as "#-?/??" (without the quotes).
