Formula bar shows numbers to two decimal places eg 95.27...in the cell its rounded to 95, as are all the cells, rounded up or down..
Im copying the cell data to an HTML table , but I need the cells with rounded numbers not the number the formula bar shows...anybody know how to get the rounded whole number values...Ive tried all sorts of formatting but not had any success yet..

Only way I have found so far is to first paste into Word then copy and past to HTML...Id prefer to cut this stage out if poss, but if not then so be it !
any ideas appreciated

Thanks

You need formula (i.e. helper column).
Assuming data in Column A...
=Round(A2, 0)

Then you can paste over the values in Col A...

Without vba, I don't think there's direct way of pasting and rounding at the same time (when there underlying value different from format/displayed number).
