Hello, in the below table i'd like to add a column summing the occurences of same week # for each store.

for example - Store 115 - 1 for 49, 50, 51, 52
store 160 - 1 for 50, 51, 52
store 161 - 2 for 49, 2 for 50

Week #Store #
49Store ##00115
50Store ##00115
51Store ##00115
52Store ##00115
50Store ##00160
51Store ##00160
52Store ##00160
49Store ##00161
49Store ##00161
50Store ##00161
50Store ##00161

<colgroup><col><col></colgroup><tbody>

Can a formula spear through sheets?
Use =SUM(January:December!E7) to sum E7 on all of the sheets from January through December

Hi,

Just write all the unique values in column D and apply this formula in column E

=SUMIF(B:B,D2,A:A)

I'm online and able to respond in real time to you until it's solved.

Set up a pivot table...

Store # to ROWS, Week # to COLUMNS, and Store # to VALUES where you replace Sum with Count.

Write all the unique store numbers in D2,D3,D4 and so on, so if you have 3 unique stores write Store ##00115 in D2, Store ##00160 in D3 and so on...
