Is there a way (other than VIEW-ZOOM) to adjust the default on how many rows and columns are displayed on the Excel screen?

Excel Facts

Why does 9 mean SUM in SUBTOTAL?
It is because Sum is the 9th alphabetically in Average, Count, CountA, Max, Min, Product, StDev.S, StDev.P, Sum, VAR.S, VAR.P.
I don't believe there is a setting in Excel that will do that.

Other than changing the zoom, or changing your screen resolution, I think you're stuck with what you've got.

You may also see if you have any toolbars open that you don't need (for example, I run Excel with the drawing toolbar at the bottom. If I close that, it will show another row because it has the room to do so.)

Hope it helps,

Thanks for the help. It's curious how Excel on one computer may display 29 rows at 100% zoom and only 20 or so on another computer with 100% zoom.

I think it's more than likely just the screen resolution. Or, maybe the rows are set to a different height than you have them set?

Just throwing out ideas:)
