Question, How do I get a 1 to be inputted in with a checked box. What I want to do is if i check the box it will put a 1 in the field with and expression. This is the expression that I tried using but I am getting a error: Q/U: IIf([CO DATA]![M16 QUALIFIED]="YES",1,0). any help.

If you are using a Check Box, a checked box is equal to -1.

So you could use:
IIf([CO DATA]![M16 QUALIFIED]=-1,1,0). any help.
or maybe even:
[CO DATA]![M16 QUALIFIED]*-1
instead (I am unable to check this second one right now, but I believe unchecked defaults to 0, so it should work to multiply by -1.
