Hi, can anyone help me create a formula that deals with numbers identification?

I have a number in one cell, number 4, in A1. How do I create a formula in B1 identify the number as Low number with the letter "L"?

The conditions are: if numbers that is 0,1,2,3,4 consider low numbers and I want the empty cell identify it as "L", if numbers that is 5,6,7,8,9 consider it as high numbers "H".

Appreciate the help
xoxo
