and copy & paste the below in "Refers to" field

type "T" in names in workbook field

and copy & paste the below in "Refers to" field

assume the number is in A7

type the below formula in B7

=ROUND(INT(A7),)

type the below formula in C7

=ROUND((A7-INT(A7))*100,0)
