Hi Guys.
I am using a excel table as a quote template.

In my main price book is the price in a positive number, but when entering a discount does this change to a negative function

R 1 810,0115%-R 1 538,51
R 2 568,9615%-R 2 183,62

When doing the actual quote is everything then in negative format
-R51 765,001-R 51 765,00
-R27 000,001-R 27 000,00

How can i get this to not display a minus, please note it still for one or other reason calculate and the amount is correct, although it is in a negative

Thanks

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Are you able to show us what is in the formula bar of the amount with the negative (that you want as positive) and also what the custom format is for that same cell ?
Perhaps do the same for a cell you consider to be showing correctly.

R 1 810,0115%-R 1 538,51
Formula being used: =C197*D197-C197
This is the formula in the original, main pricebook. Basically is it R1810.01*15%-R1810.01=R1538.51

Going to the quote's is all done via vlookup
=VLOOKUP(B11;'[MASTER LIST Rep and customer list July 2021.xlsx]Pricelist'!$A$2:$E$998;5;FALSE)

I thought you might have a formatting issue but your formula is actually producing a negative value.
If you are applying a discount you normally do it the other way around.
Excel Formula:
R1810.01-R1810.01*15%=R1538.51
