Can someone help me out with how to create a number sequence with a formula?
For example this number "TM2500-20", is in cell B1, What I am trying to do is have cell B2 insert "TM2501-20", B3 insert "TM2502-20" down each row. I need the "20" which represents the year but the numbers before the "20" change in numerical order, does that make sense?

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
How about
="TM"&mid(b1,3,4)+1 &"-20"
