Nummlock turns off

What happened. If I'm working in a excel sheet and want to switch to another cell, the nummlock turns off each time. This happened in Excel 2013. I do not have this problem only, but more users of mine department. Is there a solution for it. On internet I have to undo all add-ons, but that is not the solution. All add-ons are disabled and after a reboot of the system and opened a new excelsheet, I have it back.

Do anyone of you a solution for.

Have any macros in the system, especially those that have SendKeys lines in them ??

Nothing. No macro's, nothing. I have this when I open a new sheet. There is always a cell selected and when I push on a number in the nummeric keyboard, for example the 2, the 2 is not appears in the cell, but the the selected cell is now one cel downwards. So the nummlock went out. I have to push on the Numlock button to went it on. Then I work it the cell.

Sounds like you may need to adjust the registry....There are steps here on what to do, but.....
IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.. get someone who does, to do it for you.

I don't think this has to do with the registry. I checked 3 desktop. They have the same adjustment as mine. On the desktops I checked they do not have this problem. It must be something else, but what?

In that case, I'd suggest your IT department look at system settings for the computers.

All add-ons are disabled and after a reboot of the system and opened a new excelsheet, I have it back.

Why don't you completely remove all those and check

How are you doing this "want to switch to another cell"? Are you using the arrows on keypad? Or the tab key? Or some other way.
