ODBC 3151 Runtime Error

I keep getting a ODBC 3151 Runtime Error every time I try to collect data out of an SQL.

I only have this problem on a certain computer. I have already searched the Google/Groups for possible answers and I have updated my MDAC to version 2.8, but still no result in solving the problem.

Does anyone have any possible solutions to help solve the problem?
