Odd problem with Google Doc - won't pull data from pivot table.

I'm using a Google Doc with this formula up and down column P. It's worked well for several years.

=IFNA(vlookup(O4598,'PIVOT - Revenue Report'!A:B,2,false),0)

Each month I drag the formula all the way down in column P to the bottom of the new data. It was working fine last week. Today I added a few more rows of data, refreshed the pivot table and the data isn't pulling through. I can see the new data in the pivot table so I know it's there. Thinking maybe there was something wrong with the formula in those specific new cells in column P, I went up a few rows, pulled the formula down again across several rows, not just the couple where the formula isn't working. As soon as I do that, data disappears from the cells that were correct a few seconds earlier.

The data is there, the formulas work, until I pull the formula down. It's as if the sheet where I'm sending the data to has simply stopped accepting data from the pivot table.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance
