I have a pivot table that can vary in size. It lists sales by week (rows),for each sales team (columns) with a subtotal of the total sales year to date for each team at the bottom.
I want to keep the actual number subtotal visable but ALSO want to show what % of the total sales each team accounts for. This is very easy as a standard formula however the length of the pivot table varies as I change the product groups.
Any ideas how to display both actual sums and % of totals?

Excel Facts

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.

Drag your data into the pivot table a second time.

Then right click one of the Data items and choose Field Setings. Click Options >>, choose % of Total in the Show Data as dropdown and click OK.

Thanks, the idea of dragging a second set of data and changing the display to % of total works
However is there a way of hiding the second set of data from the individual lines but keeping the subtotals?
