Some of the questions posted to the board are very simple, such that even with my minimal knowledge I feel I may be able to help. Can anyone reply to messages or is it for the Moderators only?

Great improvement in speed.

the whole point of a community like this is that everyone pitches in! See a question you think you can answer - post away. See one you're not sure about, post away again - you might be right, and even if not maybe someone can help clear things up.

Given that no one was born knowing how excel works, the only way to really learn is to try it, and a good way to try it is to see if you can answer other people's questions!

Look forward to seeing your posts :)

I dedicate my comments to Resuse 1 2 3 4 and 5 from New York and all that were lost just as much

JamesKM,

I´m total agree with Paddy & Jack :)

Don´t take it personal if someone correct an answer from You - Your learningcurve will still increase by number of question You try to answer

BTW, if only the MVP's on this board was allowed to answer not all questions would have nice answers

With kind regards,
Dennis

Is that "nice" as in accurate, or "nice" as in polite? I'm guessing both :)

Thanks for all your comments.
I spent yesterday lunch seraching for unanswered topics in a bid to help.
Unfortunately I found none that I could!
I will continue to search for the easy ones (why does no one ask how to write an IF statement?) and will post whenever possible.

Also, sentiments copied from Jack - I also love the site.

James

You'll have to be quick off the mark to catch the 'easy' one's - they're usually picked off within a few minutes!!
