offset chart when multiple data overlaps

Hi,

I have 5 data sets each with time as x-axis and mass as y -axis. It is difficult to see all of them clearly and i would like to set an offset for them so that they look one above other and not one over other.
Please suggest!

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
