Offset formula convert in VBA offset range

Hi ,

I am trying to convert below offset formula into VBA offset.
in the existing formula we are dynamically picking the range based on Datasheet D3 cell value.

=OFFSET(chartSheet!$C$3,0,0,MATCH(Datasheet!$D$3,chartSheet!$C$3:$C$15,0),3)

example: if in Datasheet d3 value is updated to Feb so offset values picks data till Feb month.

please let me know how can we achieve this in VBA.
