Offset ??

I need to make weekly deductions from payroll of a subscription. The amount deducted will depend on the week the person joins. eg the amount might be £500pa the weekly deductions for A would be different to B because A joins in week one while B joins in week 5. The sub is the same regardless of what week they join.

Do you use offset to set this up.
