How do you use IIF(And(IsNull together?

Here is the formula I am trying to create:

Zone!: IIF(And(IsNull([Zone]),IsNull([Opportunity]),"Zone!",""))))

What am I doing wrong? I can't seem to figure it out.

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
The And should go there.

Zone!: IIF(IsNull([Zone]) And IsNull([Opportunity]),"Zone!","")

Why not take a look at the Nz function?

The NZ function will convert a Null value into a value of your choosing.

If is quite useful when you are doing Outer Joins, and the field you are pulling back might not exist because there is no match. So, if you have a formula like this:

NZ([Field1],"No match")

it will return the value of Field1, if it exists. If it doesn't, it will return "No Match".
