On click a nmber or text appears automaticcally in a cell

I am wondering how to do ,
Can someone help me how I can on a click make a text or a number appear on a given cell
This is to be used in a training in accounting explaining people how to build up a balance sheet , line by line, transaction by transaction

when I click my mouse , excel automatically enter a text in a given cell, then on next click excel enter another text or number to another indicated cell. A recorded macro will enter all the values in the cells at a go, I want the values to enter after each click of the mouse
