One blank cell in range

I have the following simple formula =sum(m3:m12)/12

How can I instruct this formula to leave the cell blank if one or more of the cells m3:m12 is blank, i.e. only return a value if all cells m3:m12 are filled?

Use the COUNTBLANK function in conjunction with an IF statement in the formula.

=IF(COUNTBLANK(M3:M12),"",SUM(M3:M12)/12)
