Excel Facts

Is there a shortcut key for strikethrough?
Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
I wrote the macro as a Worksheet_Change event. This means that you don't have to run the macro from a button because it will run automatically when you enter the Weight in cell C5 and then exit the cell. It is much more efficient this way. However, if you still want to run it manually from a button it will have to be modified. Please let me know if that is what you prefer and I will modify the macro.

I mean when you select size from d3 , then type in c4 and c5. Here it will display an message " do you need another size to enter?" With yes and no option till i we want to enter. If I use option no it will clear all c2 to c5 clear and exit

Haleem, try the attached version. Click here. It still works without a button. Remember to enter C5 last.
