I have the code 117 in my first db, in another db I may have 50 records with 117 in column A, column B has a name, I want to put ALL these names next to 117 , in the same row on my first db.

What is the best way to do this, using a technique easily repeatable?

How to fill five years of quarters?
Type 1Q-2023 in a cell. Grab the fill handle and drag down or right. After 4Q-2023, Excel will jump to 1Q-2024. Dash can be any character.
If it's a database, you'd better of asking this in the database section, rather than Excel.

Sounds like you require a one-to-many query and then do something specific with the output
