Hello. I am not sure about using Countifs, it's the only one I could find that performs in the way I want.

COUNTIFS(Clips!M2:Clips!M560,">"&"12/1/2020",Clips!B2:Clips!B560,"<"&"12/30/2020")

I don't know how to include an example.

Thank you in advance for your help with this.

use date value
In case there are any issues with the format
=COUNTIFS(Clips!B1:B558,">"&DATEVALUE("1 Dec 2020"),Clips!B1:B558,"<"&DATEVALUE("31 Dec 2020"))
I'm just looking at the XL2bb you have entered
EDIT
can you just put up a simple sheet , rather than the complex sheet, as i dont know what i'm supposed to be looking at at all there

YES YES Got it to work

=SUMIFS(MC!M2:M558,MC!BF2:BF558,">"&DATEVALUE("11/1/2020"),MC!BF2:BF558,"<"&DATEVALUE("11/30/2020"))

Thanks!

Solution
you are welcome
I tend to use the name MMM as 11/1/20 could be 11th Jan or 1st Nov , depending on how the format is seen, which the default is set by the PC settings , NOT excel , excel just formats how the date is displayed
BUT you should be OK , because setup as DD/MM/YYYY then it would fail with an error as there is not 30 month
