I have an excel which has 4 sheets, two sheets has around 6000 rows and other two sheets have 400 rows each.Only one of the sheet in which rows are 6000 is very slow.As soon as we click on any tab,it takes very long time to show the data.It has 15 columns and all with filters. It goes not responding very often. It has conditional formatting only for one column.

Kindly suggest.

Excel Facts

Which Excel functions can ignore hidden rows?
The SUBTOTAL and AGGREGATE functions ignore hidden rows. AGGREGATE can also exclude error cells and more.
Simple solution, copy just the columns and rows with data (not the whole tab) to a new file or new tab. Sometimes formatting accidentally gets applied to all cells (those off to the right of data and all 1 million+ rows). You could also try deleting all unused rows/columns to get rid of the issue, either way should help.
