Ongoing Comparison - Amounts $

Hi,

I currently use a formula =IF(G4<='Date Range'!C5,((COUNTIF(Deletes!A:A, 'Ongoing Call Comparison'!G4))),0) - Things to note: Deletes, Ongoing Call Comparison are worksheets in the same book. The cell reference G4 refers to a date that is auto-populated using the offset formula.

Effectively, it provides me a running tally of our figures for the month.

I now want to do the same, but with amounts $.

I know i need to the write the IF formula, that if the date ranges are the same then count, but i can't get it to work with an IF, then IF, then COUNT formula.

Should probably clarify what i'm after: If Date Range equals to the Offset Date, and the Offset date is equal to the date on the given worksheet, then count the dollar amounts.
Can anyone help.
Apologies for what may be a complicated question.

Thanks,

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.

You've had at least 14 people look at this with no resposes. That would generally mean that you question is not understood. Some small amounts of sample data from the various sheets and the corresponding expected result(s) should help clarify what you have and what you want. Perhaps you could post some with Excel jeanie or RichardSchollar’s beta HTML Maker
