Hi All,

Majority of our staff work a rotation of 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
We have multiple teams, that work multiple different schedules (Mon - Friday vs 3 -2-2 vs Tue - Sat, etc).
This obviously does not change whether or not they are here.

I can build the schedules as recurring and rotational, but can't seem to get a VBA working to include their leave.
I have lists of all their leave dates for the whole year, just can't seem to incorporate this to show my manpower based on who is off site for their 2 week vacation automatically.
The previous version the company used was turned off 2 years ago - built by an engineer - and I can't seem to update this, so attempting to build my own.
They are currently just manually entering details and using a SUM to confirm who can and cannot take vacation on certain dates. Looking to upgrade!

If anyone can help!
Thank you!

Excel Facts

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Your description of the need is challenging (for me) to understand. Perhaps provide a copy of the workbook (with names camouflaged of course) so we can understand the need better. It has been a while but I seem to recall that you can provide a copy of the workbook via a link to the file on 1Drive or I believe Dropbox.
